We offer tiered shipping based on item size and destination. Small decor items typically arrive within 3-5 business days, while larger furniture pieces may take 7-14 business days via our specialized white-glove delivery partners.
What is your return policy for furniture and decor?
We want you to love your space. If you are not satisfied, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that items must be in original packaging, and a restocking fee may apply to large furniture returns.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Arrival Hall ships exclusively within the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support more international destinations in the near future.
How can I track the status of my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking link. You can also log into your Arrival Hall account to view real-time updates on your shipment's progress.
