At Arrival Hall, we want you to love your home curation as much as we do. If a piece isn't quite right for your space, we offer a 14-day return window for most furniture and homewares in original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our concierge team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare the Item

  Ensure the item is in its original, unused condition and securely repacked in all original Arrival Hall packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Arrange Logistics

  Drop off your package at an authorized collection point or schedule a professional courier pickup for larger furniture pieces as directed by our team.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method, minus any applicable shipping or restocking fees.
